I have owned my home for 13 years and during that time I experienced a number of companies that have promised to do a number of maintenance procedures for my furnace and air conditioning systems. I replaced my furnace, air conditioner, and water heater within the last four years and after a year of disappointing experience with promises unkept, I stopped having anyone come for ongoing service. Michael, our service man did a great job, explained what was wrong with the furnace and went over everything he did. Was very much appreciated. He was friendly and very courteous. Great guy!
Jessee Smith was very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. In that order. Not just saying that, he impressed me with each of those qualities, more and more. I feel way better about my house's HVAC after learning so much from him, and getting multiple failed and failing issues resolved by him today. I also feel mor secure about our system, knowing what to expect to potentially become and issue, and how they would fix it. Cougar mechanical also has plumbers and electricians that he recommended to me, for some issues he rightly identified with those systems as well.
