Excellent service! Two other places haven't even bothered to return my call. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and helpful, though I forgot her name. I really loved that I received a text with the name and photo of the tech that was going to respond to my call. It was reassuring knowing who to expect. I also received a call from Caden when he was about 10 minutes away. The service was a little pricier than I expected, but it was a set price and I knew how much the charges were going to be before Caden began the work. (Some places charge based on how long it takes and how far away you are from their place if business.) I had a choice of payment options, and no additional fee to use my card, so I appreciate that as well. Overall very happy with Bulldog Rooter, the service I received, and the work Caden performed. š
Very impressed! They've been out to my place a few times and have been professional and communicative. Josh was thorough, friendly and was able to fix the issue same day. Highly recommend!
Arrival later than expected, but otherwise a very positive experience. Tanner was courteous and knowledgeable. He was efficient and respectful of our home. Iām a repeat customer and will continue to use Bulldog.
