They are open before and after I go to work. So, picking up or dropping off isn't a problem. They are nice and helpful. Clothes always look amazing. Good job, Beacon Cleaners.

First off Great pricing. The customer service could have been better when dropping off, seemed like I was a bother for showing up. But the three reasons I showed up was for location and possible alteration and a missing button on a coat. It was then I was told that they only do alterations at the NW BLVD location which is 12 miles away. Then why have it on the website for all locations. The website is very misleading, plus there are strands of my wife's hair still on the back of my suit which makes me ask, "was it really cleaned"? Going to have a hard time going back. Willing to pay a little more for a smile and honesty
