They were amazing and easy to work with. Very professional, and very down to earth and kind to me. They even helped me load a few really heavy garbage bags up into my truck just to be nice. Ark has been our carpet cleaner for 25+ years. They have always done an excellent job. Very friendly, detailed and thorough. The few times we tried using those "coupon deals" you find in the newspaper, have been absolutely worthless. I highly trust and recommend these guys!!
