They were amazing and easy to work with. Very professional, and very down to earth and kind to me. They even helped me load a few really heavy garbage bags up into my truck just to be nice. The carpet turned out great in my place. I am super grateful to have found them! Reasonable pricing. But most important to me, a family business I can trust, and will use again in the future if I have needs to carpet/upholstery cleaning. Thank you so much Ron and Travis! Ark has been our carpet cleaner for 25+ years. They have always done an excellent job. Very friendly, detailed and thorough. The few times we tried using those "coupon deals" you find in the newspaper, have been absolutely worthless. I highly trust and recommend these guys!!
