Seemed like a decent company at first, however their courtesy dropped when I inquired about having a superintendent visit the property I was going to buy. When I told them I would be paying cash for it they refused to do it and suddenly had an appointment they had to attend to.

Very informative and helpful in giving us all the costs up front and helping us to decide which direction to go regarding the first steps to building our dream home. More reviews to come once the house gets started.

Working with Scotti Stephens with Adair Homes - Inland Northwest to design our first build was an amazing experience. She helped us through every step of the way and often went above and beyond to make sure we were stayed excited about the project when it would often feel overwhelming. We had our deposit paid and about to sign the concept plan so Adair could place the purchase order; however, during this dynamic time and all that is COVID, we ran into a few hiccups that made us decide to not pursue building at this time.
