I used this company to clear out a bat infestation in a new home I moved into. The team came out and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Mike and his crew were very professional and I feel it was money well spent, I would recommend this company to anyone that has a wild animal issue. Dealing with animals is unpredictable and it's not always the outcome planned, this company makes every effort to take care of the problem. I did read reviews before hiring this company and most of the reviews seem more like people want the animals to be 100% containable 100% of the time and that's just not practical. My opinion this company is 5 star.
We had bats in our attic we called them and they gave us a quote then came out to get the bats out of our house, they did amazing 10/10 would recommend and I would very much call them again.
After speaking with Sean over the phone, a technician was able to come out the next day. Sean provided an initial quote over the phone that would include them cutting into our wall, cleaning out the area, and resealing the area. He did indicate that additional costs may be incurred depending on the size/scope of the issue once they came onsite. We ultimately did not have them complete any services, as we wanted to try to save money with DIY. However, they were helpful in explaining their process and considerations as we attempt to tackle the smell/rodent issue ourselves.
