My experience both times were great.

Delisha set the atmosphere with her warm, calming and welcoming personality and the candle scent of eucalyptus.
It's very clean as well.

Delisha was very attentive when needed, making sure I was always comfortable.

I had a couple of hiccups, and I never felt like I was a burden.

I felt the passion she has for what she does which really made a difference in me being able to fully relax.

She was full of knowledge and suggestions about what she does, but not over bearing.

This is definitely her Ministry!

Overall I would give my experience at UP Wellness Spa a 10 out of 10.

I was treated by a number of them and they all are unique in their approach but the goal was the same. The facility is welcoming and the office staff is friendly and accommodating. Although at least for myself this was for a medical procedure it still had the feeling of a calm and relaxing environment.
