Edit: she called back and was super sweet. I still went into the store and was fully expecting to be met with minimal customer service because I left direct feedback here; that was not the case and I’m impressed. What a sweet person and to go above and beyond!Would give 0 stars. Was put on hold just now for 7 minutes, tried calling back 3 times and no answer. I only wanted to ask if there was a combo platinum bed at this location. If you don’t know how to manage a phone, what are you doing working a reception position?

The girl at the counter was very helpful. I told her what I needed and she explained all of the products to me so that I could best choose. She saw my tattoos, and made sure to recommend proper product for that ( I would have never known)

Erin, who I signed up with was so personable and beyond helpful. She explained every service at the location I was at. I used the cocoon today and it was wonderful, I am going to use it every day this week. The gal that assisted me today was very nice as well.Service: Therapeutic massage
