I've only received an estimate from them and will edit this if need be after the work is complete but everyone I have spoke to there has been extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone from the lady who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment, Shane (the employee who made my appointment and did the estimate), to the lady who checked me in when I went in for my appointment. Extremely professional and will definitely return.

Recently had my 2016 Corvette ZO6 in for repair at Hi-Tech located in Spanaway, WA; what a great experience. Ron, the manager did an excellent job for us. We received text messages each day with the status of the repair, we also received a photo showing how they covered the car with plastic to make sure the convertible top didn't get dirty while in the shop. I recommend HI-Tech to anyone who expects to be treated with respect; and wants their car to look like new when the repair is complete.
