My family and I have never had any issues doing walk-in care. While there have been waits (that is to be expected for walk-in), staff has always been kind. We have always had wonderful doctors and gotten the answers we needed.

Everytime I need to have blood drawn, and I don't have an appointment, they get me right in, I had END STAGE RENAL FAILURE, and instead of wasting my time and theirs, they came right out and told that they could not take care of what was going on at that time, front desk is always nice, very polite, and understanding, I will continue to go there for as long as I currently need to?

I just had to re-schedule an appointment for my father and was on the phone with a representative named Dan. He is such a precious soul. Really made me laugh and made my appointment in three minutes. Love this kind of customer service. At the Snohomish Everett Clinic Location.
