Josh and Andrew were very professional. As the van says “like it never happened”.Even though it was frustrating to have had water damage, in someways, our repair turned out better than it was.Thank you to Josh and Andrew for a job well done!
My house had significant damage following a broken water supply line. The insulation under the house in crawl space was completely soaked and needed removal as well as items stored there. I hired ServePro for water mitigation and for the rebuild. It was a nasty dirty job cleaning up, but was done with a smile. The girls were actually singing!Flooring and cabinets needed replacing after the dry out.Rebuild took some time, and negotiation. This due to difficulty dealing withthe insurance company, their restraints and poor communication. Thanks to David for hanging in until we got a reasonable settlement. The work was excellent and we are very happy with the final product. Work started right away (quick response to water damange) but the overall job took longer than expected to finish.
