Providence Snohomish Medical Clinic

I have been going here for years, and now all of a sudden I am not in the system? The receptionist told me that I have never established care with any providence, when that is all I have been using for years. Something is not sitting right with me about this. Very strange.

Was looking for a new primary care provider. Was happy with the clinic, staff and medical professionals.

Not excited about the "stealth" billing after the fact. Seems like there is a new billing G2211 "complexity" billing code that is just being added to increase billing.

I strongly suggest you raise this and are very up-front in your conversations

Smitha Krishnan, MD and her medical assistants are not good at communication. Tells different stories to the patient's family members. Won't contact you, and expect a 71 old patient with the beginning stages of alzheimers to pass things off correctly. There lack of actual patient care is very disappointing. Don't expect great service from this location. Smitha Krishnan, MD and her personal team, do NOT uphold their Mission statement or the values they portray to uphold.
