However, there are some concerns about unexpected billing practices that could be addressed for better transparency. Was looking for a new primary care provider. Was happy with the clinic, staff and medical professionals.
Not excited about the "stealth" billing after the fact. Seems like there is a new billing G2211 "complexity" billing code that is just being added to increase billing.
I strongly suggest you raise this and are very up-front in your conversations
At first my doctor was giving a helping hand. Then as soon as the connection just derailed, because of something that Did happen. Was made up again. Dr Feltner was not a good doctor in my option.
My elderly disabled mom had been waiting for a cab to bring her home. She does not own a cell phone, not does she want one. The cab company notified me that they had showed up at the clinic so I called the reception desk there at the Snohomish clinic with the intention of making sure my mom connected with the driver. I was placed on hold long enough for my mom to arrive home. Thank God the driver found her in the lobby so she wasn't stuck, but I was on hold for almost 15 minutes. I hung up, because she was home.
