Definitely a positive first experience and I recommend Guard Pest as a go to first choice .Prior to contacting Guard I attempted to contact 3 other services .Unfortunately got poor automated telphone runaround , or, no contact person or return calls despite these advertised " 56 yes to > 100 years in the business". Call Guard for real person ( Olivia ) who responded professionally and attentively. Tech Kevin came next day and attended to our termite and ant issues and concerns and provided good followup . Full good service marks to Guard Pest Control and thankyou .

Guard Pest Control helped us with perimeter treatment for carpenter ants. Vince from this company is super knowledgeable about what he does. He explained how the ants live in colonies and behave through various seasons and how they can be treated. He even inspected our crawl space for any water damage that could be a possible cause for infestation. The treatment helped get rid of the ants vastly. We have seen some in minimal numbers weeks after the first treatment and Vince showed up again to treat for free. These guys are thoroughly professional and are the best at what they do!
