Just called to see if they were accepting walk in patients- receptionist said it depends on my insurance? Then said they aren't accepting new United healthcare patients. I said it sounds like I can't go in, and the lady said I can, I just need to bring my health insurance and my ID. Make up your mind? What if I had United Healthcare, or didn't have any insurance at all. Let me finish my questions before you interrupt me with answers to questions I didn't ask. Annoying. Won't be going here.

EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT! AVOID! Made an appointment for our child's 18 month check up. We showed up and the receptionist ran our insurance and claimed it was "inactive". We had just paid our insurance bill and I knew it was a mistake. After telling me I would have to pay out of pocket and printing out "proof" that it was inactive, I decided to reschedule to not deal with it. After confirming with my insurance company that my policy was in fact active, I read the "proof" that was provided to me and sure enough it said ACTIVE on the sheet. Lucky for us she said "we wouldn't be billed for our cancelled visit", unfortunately that doesn't get half of my wasted day back.
