Stylist: ✨Rachel is totally amazing!!! ?✨

It was my first time ever coming to this salon. I felt relaxed and like I could totally be myself. She made it easy to open up and talk about my hair wants and needs. She listened to my entire hair history and what color/style I was requesting for my hair. She helped me make a choice, based on my wants and my hair type needs. Rachel nailed it!!! It was exactly what I was looking for. ?

Let me tell you, it was NOT an easy feat to complete the request. I wanted white hair. Getting hair to white (let alone damaged hair; that had semi permanent red/oranges in), is not easy.

The 3 stylists I've had at Elle Marie Lake Stevens>Snohomish over the years have all been amazing. I've trusted them with what they think is the right move for my hair, and they always hit the mark!

Had an appointment scheduled with Bonnie at 11am May 16. I arrived 30 min early. Checked in with receptionist. I gave her my name and Bonnie’s. She looked and said Sharon. I said that was my cousin who made the appointment, gave my name again. Was told she was about done with a client, I said that’s ok I’m early at 11:08 I walked out because the recept, client and Bonnie were just chit chatting. I was ignored. I got up turned at the door and mouthed to receptionists I was leaving. She nodded. I came for a vacation with my cousin and wanted Bonnie to do my hair.
