Jeff was on time, walked us through the process before beginning the work, provided us furnace health status and possible improvements we can do for better performance.

Jeff and Conner did a wonderful job on the annual maintenance of my gas fireplace. They communicated the arrival time well ahead, upon arrival asked me about how the fireplace was operating. When I told them I wanted the flames to look more vibrant they were responsive and did of good job of making adjustments in the appearance. In addition, I had wanted a blower which they were able to install at the same visit. They customized the way it operated to meet my needs and even placed the air blower controller in a place that was more convenient for me to access. They were knowledgeable, skilled and personable. I highly recommend their service.
