“We are new to Ridgetop Animal Hospital, and I wish we had found them years ago! The front desk staff is very helpful (Jake in particular is so positive and friendly!) They answer their phones live (no "text us first" or "leave a voicemail" first...you actually get a live person), which is a breath of fresh air!! The vets have been knowledgeable, accepting of our many questions, and incredibly responsive when we had post surgery questions (special mention goes to Dr. Fulcher and Dr. Garcia). And the vet techs are wonderful. Overall, we've had a great experience and appreciate all they have done for our little pup. :0)“

“I truly love Ridgetop AH. We first met 13 years ago when our dear old springer spaniel, Luke, was a puppy. They have been there for six of our family pets now and I have always felt that I can trust that they have my pets best interest as their first priority.

The doctors have always been very good about providing a range of care options that let me make informed choices so I can balance my pets needs and what I can afford financially. An example is when Luke had a large cancerous tumor that needed to be surgically removed. They could have done it at Ridgetop but the doctor recommended taking Luke to a vet surgical specialist because they would have the equipment to ensure a complete excision of the cancer.

I recently had some very positive experiences with Ridgetop. First was a change I requested to the Paw Plan billing date. It could not happen immediately so the front office staff made a note and followed through. I did not have to call and remind them, they took care of it just like they said they would. That was on top of their highly professional and friendly service. The second good encounter was with the care that Vet Tech, Haley, provided for my high energy, anxious Aussie. Haley was so calm with Jade that it really soothed her and allowed them to get some samples we’d been trying to get for a while.

I want to take this opportunity to thank the staff and doctors at Ridgetop for all the years of great care they’ve given our family. They’ve seen us through the joy of new puppies to the sadness of saying goodbye to dearly loved old companions.“

“Lucy is a 12 year old Lab mix who has never had any health issues until the last 4 months. In April she came up with a tumor on her right hind foot. It was biopsied and determined to be cancerous. We decided to have it removed. She healed amazingly well and still managed to love Dr. Josh! Then she got a hematoma in her left ear and a tumor in her right eye. More very successful surgery and still her love for Dr. Josh and the whole staff. Expensive yes but very necessary. Clifton Hollow is at the top of our pet care refuge! We love and appreciate everyone there.“

“My expectations were EXCEEDED! After a traumatizing recent visit to another local vet, I decided to try Central Valley, in hopes that somewhere else would win me and my dog over. Did they ever! Dr. Ray is patient, friendly, compassionate and she works with positive reinforcement. My dog was nervous at first but she won her over and made the entire experience positive and pleasant. She doesn't talk down to you, makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything so great. I've never had a vet so easy to talk to. Our tech, Andrea and Kelsey at the front made our experience even less stressful. They are top notch and super friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well laid out, especially if you have a nervous pup. Pricing was actually lower than my former vet. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!“
