The first question asked at the front desk was "how long is the wait?" We were told there wasn't a wait. There were no people in the waiting room. We preceded to wait for 45 minutes and had to listen to 2 incredibly obnoxious people, having loud, personal conversations with the front desk staff, to include foul language. When people are sick or injured, this kind of inconsiderate behavior makes the waiting experience even worse. When called back to the room, waited another 30 minutes, but the staff I. This is not my favorite place for healthcare for myself. It's worked out well for my sister, but I don't seem to get the quality service that I would like when I show up. They gave me a great referral, though, to University Hospital in Seattle. And those folks at university hospital, it saved my life. The urologist at this Doctors Clinic told me I had a tumor on my kidney. However, the great doctors at University Hospital told me that I had kidney stones and I was able to have them removed under their expert care! I went in on a Monday morning, with no appointment, and only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. I feel like I got good care; everyone involved kept me informed, and I got a quick referral to specialist care. The net result: I am healing up, and very happy with the care I received.
