This is not my favorite place for healthcare for myself. It's worked out well for my sister, but I don't seem to get the quality service that I would like when I show up. They gave me a great referral, though, to University Hospital in Seattle. And those folks at university hospital, it saved my life. The urologist at this Doctors Clinic told me I had a tumor on my kidney. However, the great doctors at University Hospital told me that I had kidney stones and I was able to have them removed under their expert care! There's a big difference between thinking you're going to have to have a kidney removed versus having kidney stones removed. That misdiagnosis could have caused me a lot of trouble. So the one thing i'm grateful for is that they did make the referral, because I thought they could not handle, would they believe to be a kidney tumor.

I went in on a Monday morning, with no appointment, and only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. I feel like I got good care; everyone involved kept me informed, and I got a quick referral to specialist care. The net result: I am healing up, and very happy with the care I received.

Amazing front desk staff. Thats the only good thing I can say about this place. Scam artists. They scam your insurance and they scam you. They lie through their teeth regarding test results and they will make sure you owe them hundreds more than you actually do. They need to be investigated and shut down. Thanks for reading.
