Go anywhere else! They will charge you up front, then if the surgery doesn’t take place they will still bill your insurance as if it did (fraud) and refuse to give you any sort of refund for the surgery they charged you for that did not take place! Then the lady in charge of billing will give you attitude when you ask for an itemized receipt. This place is a joke and 100% scamming people, as well as insurance companies out of money.

0 stars. Scammy. Paid for my husbands surgery up front as required (which is before they send it off to insurance mind you). Husband goes under, doctor lets us know she cannot perform the surgery, so all that was done was an exam. Surgery center still charged our insurance for the surgery, although it was not performed. They are refusing to refund us any of the money we paid up front although what we were charged for was not done. The women who deals with the billing had an awful attitude when I asked for an itemized receipt to be sent to us. Again, after seeing what we were charged for, they still will not give a refund. This is fraud. And stealing. Do not go here!!

WHOS NOT TO TRUST HERE? Trust goes both ways right? NO GRACE! Wow I thought this was going to be a great team. I was proven wrong! I went for my consultation in June. Everything was beautiful. I met with the surgeon felt comfortable he answered all of my questions and then some! I also explained I wanted to pay cash for my procedure and facility, fees, anesthesiology, etc. I was reassured multiple times. This was not a problem. I paid my surgeon fees and the deposit no problem. Two weeks prior to my surgery I had my preop appointment and was told that I had to drive to the surgery center or get a cashiers check.
