Go anywhere else! They will charge you up front, then if the surgery doesn’t take place they will still bill your insurance as if it did (fraud) and refuse to give you any sort of refund for the surgery they charged you for that did not take place! Then the lady in charge of billing will give you attitude when you ask for an itemized receipt. This place is a joke and 100% scamming people, as well as insurance companies out of money.
