Fantastic service. They were kind, informative, and quick. My phone's screen stopped working and I wasn't sure if it was a hardware issue or if my phone was irrecoverably broken. The staff immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and had my phone completely fixed in less than 24 hours. They were even up-front about if they were wrong and it wasn't just the screen, they would not charge me for the shipped part or labor. This speaks to their integrity and skill. I broke my phone screen while I was out biking. I dropped off my phone with an expected 2 day repair time (OEM parts). I got a call the next morning letting me know my phone was done and could pick it up at my convenience. My phone looks brand new done. I will be returning if I am in need of your services again.
