Working with Christa Brown and Malinda Stjohn on the progress of the job to payment options as I live in Florida and my home is in Washington Was most helpful and very easy. I have lived in Kitsap County for over 50 years and have never had the opportunity to deal with such a great team as Ridgid. From the initial phone call for information about my Siding and Roof I knew I had the right company for my needs. I had many questions in which they were all answered in a vocabulary I could understand. They spoke to me, not over my head. I found them Knowledgable, Professional and Courteous. The work was done in a timely matter and clean up was always performed along the way.They were able to give me a bundle discount as well. Which made my day.
