Mercurio's has come through AGAIN for me and my family. My furnace went out on friday, and by Monday I had a new one installed. Technician Tom came out to inspect my old one (40 year old furnace) and was very honest and helpful. He gave me the cheaper option of just replacing the motor, but it made more sense to just replace the whole thing it at this point. Thank you Tom!!!!! I had the pleasure of meeting the crew, which is an awesome and professional group of people, Jayme and Dylan were very helpful and took the time to inform me on my new furnace, Mike came out to inspect and was also nice to see the high standards this company has for the employees as well... read full review
Just had our annual service on our furnace and AC. Kudos to technician Mike Overson for a prompt and professional job! Mike has a most pleasant demeanor and we appreciated him putting on cloth booties (it was raining) when he came in to adjust the thermostat. Thanks Mike! Dan & Marialice
