He visited with us first to discuss what we were looking for, and was very knowledgeable throughout the estimating process and was patient while we waited for a few other bids to come in. He arranged for us to meet with homeowners that he had done work for previously and then came out a 3rd time when we finalized the agreement. So 3 on site visits from him was saying a lot when we couldn't even get a phone call back from other landscapers that had come recommended. His crew worked 10 hour days for the next week and the entire job was finished just like that. Pretty painless way to do business and we are very satisfied with the work performed.“
