Had a very nice, expensive sweater altered here. They were friendly and had low prices. However, this was a 3.5/5 for me.I wanted the sweater taken in as much as possible (it's at least two sizes too big). The work along the sides looked a bit sloppy in some parts (see pics). Plus when I said it wanted it taken in more the lady argued. I think she was trying to tell me that it would make the sweater “slightly” uneven. Given that the sweater was MASSIVE on me I said I didn't care and wanted more taken in anyway. She still refused. I just got married a few weeks ago and wanted to make sure I left a positive review for Evergreen Cleaners & Alterations. When I needed them, they were there for me! I got my wedding dress hemmed somewhere else (who also did a great job), but unfortunately when I tried my dress on I wasn’t happy with the area around my hips. So this caused me to want last minute dress alterations (3 days before the wedding). Let me tell you… I was so thankful that Evergreen was able to help. Honestly they are amazing !! My 2yr olds Mickey Mouse costume came broken from Amazon just days before Halloween & he was devastated. I could not find any replacements that would get here on time. Evergreen cleaners were able to quickly get it fixed and back to me within just two days! Thank you guys so much, you guys have made a 2yr old dream of being Mickey Mouse for Halloween come true ?. My husband is in the military , I will definitely have him come here for any of his uniform alteration / dry cleaning . Thank you guys !
