Palasteen is a treasure! Very communicative and a great listener, she really pays attention to what is going on with your body and responds not only to your verbal communication but also to how your body is reacting. I left feeling like jello in the best possible way. Very simple uncluttered setup which a really appreciated. She also has a warm very grounded vibe.

Palesteen was kind and gracious and let me keep my appointment even though I didn’t come 15 minutes early for the first-timer paperwork (don’t be like me!). My neck, shoulders, and upper back were knotted and sore and she gave an incredible massage. I will be coming back.
