I had to come back twice to be seen because they were too busy ( the second time I took a half day off from work and was there for over 3 hours). When I checked in the receptionist refused to let me run an errand while I waited (a 2.5 hour wait then another 30 minute for the provider), stating it was "just like the emergency room". She told me she wouldn't check me in if I left. When I got in the room I mentioned that I had other things I needed to do and had been waiting the provider then acted like I didn't want to be seen. I am really disappointed in the timeliness of this facility and their lack of care about the timely care issue. The providers I saw were amazing and I would highly recommend them. The wait times are the only reason they did not get a 5 star rating from me.
The Everett Clinic is always a mixed bag. Sometimes I get the awesome receptionist who is so kind and helpful even when the line is out the door and sometimes, I get the cranky one who is always brusque and borderline rude.Sometimes I get the physical therapist who doesn't do much beyond throw a bunch of exercises at a patient without really seeing how well the patient can actually execute those exercises and sometimes I get the physical therapist who asks how my home exercise program is progressing and how well I am tolerating the exercises that were suggested for me. (unfortunately, that physical therapist left the clinic).The consistent part of this clinic are the medical providers my family and myself have seen.Dr. Kiyonaga is beyond compare when it comes to pediatricians. My kiddos have been seeing her for years and there is no one else I would want to care for them. The relationship and trust she has built with my children, my husband and myself over the years is indescribable. She really takes the time to listen to the concerns of both the kids and the adults and develops a comprehensive plan of care that addresses everyone's needs. I've been seeing Dr. Aslam for a little over a year now and I have enjoyed being a patient in her care. Dr. Aslam was the first Doctor who listed to my symptoms and took action, ordering imaging and a consultation to ensure that I didn't need further specialized care.The MDs and Nurse Practitioners I've seen in the walk-in/urgent care have all been fantastic, and Dr. Bowers has a special place in my heart because her quick assessment and decision making basically saved my husband's life. The medical providers keep me coming back as a patient.
I love the Everett Clinic in Shoreline. Dr. Sidra Aslam is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. The only thing is that she is so popular that it is hard to get an appointment because of that. She is worth the wait though.
