Hello Erik,You came to inspect our house about a month ago and you gave us lots of good recommendations. We are very grateful for your time and efforts.One of the things you suggested to us was to put some peanuts in each of the two crawl spaces in our attic as a way to monitor for any rat activity. That was a great idea! We did as you suggested and I'm happy to say that after checking the spaces each week for the past four weeks all the of nuts remain!
