“I cannot say enough good stuff about Urban Beauty Bar! I started getting lash extensions in June 2019 and have had my lashes continuously taken care of since - 4+ years! I’ve heard a lot about unhealthy lashes from outside sources and how I should not keep them in continuously. I can honestly say Karin talks about “how to keep your lashes healthy” and how this is a main priority for her to bestow upon her clients. Don’t be cheap with your lash extensions. Go where experience reigns and follow the instructions your artist gives you which includes LASH WASH. Buy it to ensure your investment of time and money are well spent. I’ve tried other soap/washes but, they were not perfectly ph balanced and my lash health/lash retention was poor. The owner is honest, fair and very talented. Definitely worth my time and money. “I was given this facial treatment as a gift for Mother's Day by my daughter , and neither of us knew what to expect. Both of us were 100% delighted. Worth every dime. From the intake questionnaire to the final payment everything was professional and designed to focus on our particular needs. Like the front store, the service area is spotless, well appointed and welcoming. My daughter and I were able to receive our Facials together, side-by-side, on warmed massage beds with our individual aestheticians performing their services in a gentle, relaxing way. As this was my first facial, I assumed there would be massage, but what I didn't expect for a 'basic' facial was the layer upon layer of directed facial treatments , each more wonderful than the last! So many wonderful smells! So relaxing. And both my daughter and I were literally glowing afterward. I am 62 years old, and I have not seen my young skin and at least 20 years, lol. No harsh treatments were done, nothing stinging or burning, just knowledgeable and highly skilled care! Lorena Soto not only corrected the problems but took the time to explain every step of the way, no question was too small.
Her studio was very clean, warm , inviting, and sanitary . She took her time thru the whole process and made sure we were on the same page on what I wanted and what looked best for my skin type.

“I went to see Olivia based on other yelp reviews. I had never gotten a lash lift before and was able to snag a last minute appointment for the next day. I wasn't quite sure what to expect or if it would be worth it, but oh boy it was! My lashes came out so well. I've been blessed with nice eyelashes, but never had curl nor have I ever been motivated enough to use an eyelash curler. They look so great now and I feel like they look like I'm wearing fake eyelashes! I've put mascara on and can't even put as much on anymore or they look too long (like touch my eyebrow long!). “This was my third and last attempt at lash extensions. I have oily skin and watery eyes, the worst combination for lashes, which was proven by failed attempts at other salons.

I worked with Kim to tailor the lashes to my eye shape and style. She is so sweet and especially accommodating to my busy and changing work schedule.

Although prices are on the higher end of the range, I promise you get what you pay for.
