I love strength training with Annie! She's friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and best of all, non-judgmental. I was nervous about getting started because I hadn't done weight training before, but she broke it down in a way that was easy to understand, and inspired me to challenge myself in a safe way. The environment in her group classes is friendly and supportive. I highly recommend training with her!

Her guidance has helped me push on to greater gains, for sure.Whether you're brand new to barbell training or have been at it for awhile, Annie is clearly skilled at working with lifters...read full review

Also, as a queer woman who is p averse to gym culture, working with Annie feels like I finally found a gym space where I can just be myself. And THAT confidence...read full review
