Our over-the-oven microwave died suddenly, and it was stuck on its bracket, I couldn't get it out myself, and my comfort level for taking apart kitchen cabinets to figure out why it was stuck was pretty low. A quick search got me North Seattle Handyman, who were quick with a quote to remove one microwave and install another. Once I had purchased a replacement microwave, they were able to swing by, figure out how the microwave was stuck, remove it, unpack and install the new microwave, clean up, and get out all within like an hour. That's much better than hours of me futzing and second guessing and making a big mess myself.
