Quick, easy, cheap, no need to be personable with anyone, the machine I used was inside of a grocery store, so not every machine available 24/7.
After the process was complete, I compared the 2 keys, old and new, some grooves on the new key didn’t match up identically to the old key. For instance, some grooves on the old had a deeper, more sharper “V” like shape, whereas the new key had a more “U” like shape. I didn’t think it would work and thought maybe I’d need to find my old filing set and file away at this key so it’d match up identically.
