I brought my 15 year old husky in yesterday without an appointment on a day that required appointments. The person working was incredibly accommodating when he realized that my situation was dire (our dog had slipped in some poo and was very dirty and stinky). They walked me through all the steps of the wash and gave me access to the one with the ramp. I was able to get my old man all clean, dry, and smelling fresh. We will absolutely be back and highly highly recommend this business. Clean, helpful, and absolutely the best!
It was my first time going to a dog self wash place, and Luis was so kind and friendly to show me how everything worked and explain the process. He was wonderful with my anxious Boxer-Pit mix Bruce, and it's obvious he has a lot of experience working with dogs. Luis was able to trim the nails down so short without ever getting the quick, and coached me on what to say and do to help keep Bruce calm. Highly recommend, and I'm happy to support such a great local business.
This is an amazing place for my dog. Tranquil Tails Tuesdays lets me bring him here without worry. And they have a fun little spot to take photos of your clean dog after our bath for Halloween and treats!
