Core Physical Therapy is a highly recommended clinic with professional therapists. Patients praise the therapists' expertise and caring nature, particularly following surgeries. The clinic's front office staff is also commended for their helpfulness. Core Physical Therapy is known for effectively addressing difficult joint issues. Patients have had great experiences working with Kirsten (PT) and Dana (PT), who are skilled, encouraging, and communicative. The administrative team has also been invaluable, reaching out to insurance and the surgeon's office on the patients' behalf. Dana has been fantastic to work with, asking thoughtful questions, listening well, and recommending exercises and activities that have truly helped. One patient went to Core PT for help in alleviating lower back/hip pain and developing enough flexibility to pick things off the floor. Kirsten showed the patient 16 different exercises to address those issues, and by late December, the improvement on the pain and flexibility had improved significantly. During the last session, Michael corrected the positioning of some of the recommended exercises and pointed out which muscles are affected by them, which the patient found very useful.
I am so pleased with the team at Core PT! My two therapists, Nikita and Michael, are incredible. I have had PT many, many times over my 65 years, and the pair of them, are without a doubt, the best I have ever experienced. Very knowledgeable, very professional, very understanding, very friendly. I can’t recommend them highly enough. And the support team, Michel and Ian, are amazing also. Michel is way, way overqualified for the role he plays, I think he should be the CEO of a large organization. And Ian, I think he’s either training or is beginning his career, is always jumping in to help any staff or patient. Both are very friendly and competent. I feel like I have made some good friends in this group. Although, not one of the staff have picked Wisconsin to go far in the NCAA tournament, which is a mortal sin. I hope that in my time remaining in treatment, that I can help them realize the error of their way! Haha. I highly recommend this office!!!
My therapist, Dana, Has helped on several occasions to restore my health after surgery and injuries. Her expertise and care are first class. The entire staff at Core Physical are outstanding and very helpful.
I was dubious about treating neuropathy with physical therapy, but was very impressed with the creativity and knowledge of therapist Dana Feaver. The entire experience at CORE was effective and pleasant!
