Wow 🥰 the Welcoming was so amazing Roberta made me feel like I was home away from home ! it was my 1st time . The 1st day I felt I had slept an extra hour or 2 before I had to go to the bathroom. The 2nd time it was amazing I slept a straight 4 hours without going to the bathroom. The 3rd time I had to hold my bathroom because there was no bathroom around so my muscles are getting stronger and stronger. This wonderful machine made me to be able to hold My urine until I got to a bathroom!! Im praising God for this moment thank you Jesus and thank you Roberta and the BTL EMSE Machine that does my kegels for me 🥰 I have 3 more sessions left and my goal is that now that I'm back to cardio drumming with my great awesome wonderful friend & sister in Christ cardio drummer Karen Davis 🥰 By the end of these 3 sessions I should be doing my jumping jacks an my fast running and a few other things from my cardio drumming. I am so excited for my future that I will get to do things that I was scared to do... thank you Roberta and thank you for sharing this awesome awesome awesome BTL machine ♥️ I recommend it for all people young and older Awesome fast and efficient for those muscles. the kegels are are going to make our muscles super super super strong.... love you Roberta
