We always have a good experience here. The team clearly love dogs! My dog greets every worker with a big hug, so I know they bond with him. This isn't a fancy foofy pet resort, but a place where dogs can be dogs and get great care while you are away. They board cats, too. Dogs have their own run and do not directly play with other dogs, but they can see each other through the fence and bark and sniff each other. My dog is dog-selective and never has any issue while staying here.
I bring my Shih Tzu every two weeks for bath and haircut and Kati is absolutely amazing she got my baby in a week earlier then his appointment so we can get a shorter haircut and I absolutely love it
We love bringing our boys here for their pup cuts. The pick up and drop off process is super easy, the staff is amazing, and the prices are just right! They also have boarding services and my boys can be a handful and they have no issues with them at all. Very grateful for Sylvan Pet Lodge and their team!
