I am writing to formally express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding care I have received at your practice. I would particularly like to commend Dr Nicolas for the exceptional standard of care he provided. He treated me with genuine kindness, respect, and patience at every stage of my appointments. His understanding of my dental anxiety was truly invaluable, and I can honestly say that without his compassion and reassurance, I would not have been able to continue attending treatment. His approach made what is usually a very difficult experience for me feel manageable and safe. Dr Nicolas is a warm, caring individual and an exceptional dentist. His intelligence, clinical expertise, and calm, personable manner inspired complete confidence. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and created an atmosphere of trust and understanding. His professional skill combined with his wonderful personal manner made a profound difference to my wellbeing. In my view, more dentists should aspire to the level of care, empathy, and professionalism that he consistently demonstrates. I feel strongly that Dr Nicolas dedication, compassion, and excellence deserve recognition, and that his contribution to patient care reflects extremely positively on the practice.

Shelton Dental Center cares about my comfort and my needs. I assumed every dentist was like this, but I was able to experience the exact opposite at a different dentist (corporate dentist in Olympia). Shelton Dental Center takes the time to make sure my comfort level is paramount. Thank you for taking care of me.
