When I needed a routine plumbing inspection and hot water heater flushing at my home, **** arrived punctually after providing advance notice by phone, text, and emailwhich I greatly appreciated.Throughout his time in my home, **** demonstrated admirable professionalism. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and refreshingly candid when explaining a falsely flagged condensate drain issue from my recent home inspection report. Thanks to ****'s patient explanation and documentation, I now have written confirmation that this drain was installed properly to code. His expertise put my mind at ease, and I felt I could trust his assessment.Additionally, **** inspected my pedestal bathroom sink, which had also been questioned in the home inspection. He showed me that, while a mounting bracket was absent, the sink itself was adequately installed. He then applied caulking to protect the walls from moisture damagea simple preventative measure I hadn't considered that will preserve my bathroom in the long run.Transactions with service professionals often feel rushed and transactional. Well, it turns out that I accidently gave a negative review to the incorrect business, and for that I am sincerely sorry. Olympic Plumbing IS THE BEST PLUMBING SERVICE in Mason County. I rarely give out negative reviews, and this is my first time ever giving the review to the wrong business. And, for that I am sincerely sorry. Izzy and Andrew. I liked these people. Olympic plumbed in the water lines for a bathroom addition. Unfortunately, Andrew made an improper connection and the water going to the new toilet came directly from the well. He connected on the wrong side of the house filtration system. The water in the new toilet always looked like it needed to be flushed. Mistakes happen, its not the end of the world. My wife and I both called numerous times and left numerous messages asking Olympic to fix their mistake. They never returned our calls. I finally called another plumber (Union Plumbing) to make the proper connection. It cost me another $200 but was totally worth it. I am completely baffled as to why Olympic does not stand by their work. I would never use them again or recommend their business.
