He came out as planned. Did a good job at repairing my cut pex pipe. We didn't discuss the cost prior to doing the work.I was a bit surprised at how much he charged, but I was in a pinch to get it fixed and didn't complain. I'll know better next time to get a quote.

I'm not sure bout his other review but I had a completely opposite experience. He gave me a general pricing quote that seemed to be right about middle of the road compared to the other quotes I recieved. Ended up after work was done to be less than my other quotes (not by much but still very fair pricing). I, per his recommendation and guidance dug the recommended trench and prepped the site. He was able to squeeze me into the schedule so no insanely long wait to get our water installed. He was prompt and friendly we cracked a few jokes and he walked me through the features of my spigot and where to tap it if future water lines are needed. In an area where the "good ol boy club" is everywhere it was refreshing as a woman to be treated like an equal. He gave me some great referrals for other contractors we were looking for in our area. I would definitely recommend Mike and will use his services in the future!

Mike was very professional and did an excellent job on everything. He also noticed several issues that needed to be repaired or upgraded that had nothing to do with plumbing, he just thought that I should be aware of them as a homeowner. He even explained how to do the work myself. He's not the cheapest plumber out there, but he's not the most expensive either.
