“We had Bradley Air come out and instal our mini split and I don't even know where to begin. They are by far one of the most responsive, caring, professional companies I have ever worked with. We had our unit installed and ready to go in under 3 weeks from the time I called in to get a quote. Duane is the nicest guy to work with, even with all my silly questions. I was at work the date of installation, but I had my mom here to unlock the door and answer questions and even she was impressed and had a lot to say about their professionalism. We had just had our floors done the week prior and Bradley air laid down tarps and cleaned up so well after themselves. I am confident knowing the unit was installed correctly and if I have any questions, they are there to answer. If and when I ever need to reach out for services again, I will be contacting Bradley Air, no questions asked. I could go on and on, but to save you from the boredom, I won't.
