“A bit pricey, but worth it. Cardinal charges by the hour. I called originally to have my back door fixed because it wasn't latching properly, and I was unable to do anything myself because of a broken leg. Stephen fixed the within 5 minutes. So, he managed to fit a few more things that i needed doing that I couldn't do to fill in the rest of the time. Top notch customer service from Stephen - and I should know, because I worked in CS for 35 years. Kudos, young man, and thank you Cardinal Services.“
