Very responsive team—they were quick to come out, offered a competitive bid, and worked around the bad weather to get our roof finished faster than we could’ve hoped for. No mess left behind and the roof looks good, thanks again!
I am a real estate Broker in WA State. My home inspector referred Capital Roofing to me once, and I have not used another company since! They have fast friendly service and make it so easy for Buyers and Sellers to do repairs necessary to make a deal work. After obtaining 3 roofing company quotes to reroof our 20-year-old roof, we chose Capital Roofing and Construction based on how easy it was to communicate with them, on their using a bit more expensive, but superior, roofing materials, and after talking to the other homeowners in our neighborhood whose roofs Capital Roofing and Construction had reroofed. Their price quote was in the middle of the bids that we received, but it was because they used better/more expensive shingles.
