My wife and I were very impressed with the service provided by Bradley Air Company throughout the entire process of purchasing and installing a new heat pump. Bradley Air came out in a timely manner to provide us an estimate. They worked with us to find a heat pump compatible with our existing air handling unit. They explained the entire process for heat pump installation. Their estimate was more than $2000 lower than the other three bids we received. The crew that installed our new heat pump was incredibly professional. They showed up on time and completed the installation in just a little over four hours. They spent time with us explaining how the heat pump works and how to manage the thermostat. We could not have been more pleased with Bradley Air and highly recommend them for any of your HVAC work.
