Late one evening, our well began surging and the water was a nasty brownish color. We had no idea what was wrong, only that it wasn't right! I sent a message to Integrity Pumps & Filtration that night, stating we had a problem and that we would be calling first thing in the morning. I received a reply early the next morning saying they would be able to come by and take a look. I called first thing and they confirmed that they would be out sometime in the morning.
