“I took my 17 year old dog in to have her euthanized, she was in pain and was very much suffering. I called and spoke with them to make the arrangements and was told to bring her in for euthanasia. After the ordeal of loading a very fragile elderly dog into a car, listening to her whimper in pain, we arrived. Only to be told they could not do it because of an outstanding bill. I have never used this vet before. After taking my dog to my regular vet in yakima, I called back to inquire about this bill. I was told it was for a dog that belonged to my mother. The bill occurred in 2002, and was for $53.00. I dropped the dog off for my mother for a visit,she picked it up. They put my name on the account instead of billing her, as she had arranged. 22 years later my dog needlessly suffered because of 53 bucks. I would have gladly paid it if I had been given the chance. I am extremely disappointed in them. I will not do business with them nor would I recommend them. Tieton animal clinic is phenomenal.“
