I just had my dog in for grooming - they did a good job with the grooming and followed the instructions I gave. These are very nice folks who care about your furbabies and treats them well. However, the administrative side of the business needs attention. I had scheduled an appointment via FB Messenger on July 21st for an appointment on August 15th (I took time off work for this appointment). When I arrived for my appointment it had not been written down and my only option was to take another day off work and run back over from West Valley to North Selah. Absolutely best place to have your fur babies groomed. Our Fur Babies absolutely love going. When they come home they look so good, super soft. I wouldn't take our Fur Babies any place else. I highly recommend them. They are the best of the best

We love Lori and Forest! We have been going here for about 8 years. We have Miniature Schnauzers and they always look beautiful. Lori and Forest are patient and work w/the dogs temperaments.
