I have used this urgent care clinic twice, once for sickness and once for an injury. Both times I went away with results and treatment that were great. Staff is on top of things and we were in and out in a decent amount of time

The receptionists were rude, short in their tone of voice and showed a lack of attention to detail. I was not greeted when I arrived. When I was greeted, I was simply told to stand in line and they would take me when they're ready. I witnessed them do the same to another person before I saw the doctor. They did not seem to have any compassion for the amount of pain I was in and even gave me the wrong patient's medication list to review prior to my appointment. Once I was seen by the doctor, I felt as if she was rushed as I was interrupted several times and she started to make assumptions on my medical background before even asking me - to which I had to correct her. She even made the comment (after telling her I have no insurance) "these are all very expensive treatments. How can can you even afford this?" To which I had to explain to her that I had already been approved for full financial aid. This was offensive to me on a personal level AND a medical one. If she had reviewed my record properly or if the receptionist had relayed the same information I gave THEM, she would have already been informed. I understand the stress that this COVID-19 pandemic may have on medical care professionals (as I am one myself) but the lack of care, compassion and PROPER respectful diligence was appalling. This is even more frustrating and ironic to see happening with a company like PeaceHealth. They claim to stand on much higher moral ground than this. I don't leave this review as an attack, simply as an informative opportunity improvement. I rated my last visit at 2 stars and only because regardless of the bedside manner of the staff, I did receive the minimum help they could offer me. Give credit where credit is due.
